Week 3: Iowa State

And...no.  One stupid Fox football robot is enough, and this telecast leads off with a whole field of them.  Fortunately the only game we play anywhere near a Fox channel!

The Clones take the field in their throwback unis, honoring the Jack Trice era teams, and the Hawks come out in the usual white tops and gold pants.  Until the Cyclones put a tornado on their uniforms, they are never going to strike fear into anyone.

After the break we see clips of Hawks and Clones talking about what the rivalry means to them.  Then we head to the field, where finally, the temps feel like fall, and per usual, Jack Trice is a certified wind tunnel.  It would play a factor before the day was done.

The Clones win the toss and take the ball, and Meyer’s kick sails through the back of the end zone - wind behind him for this quarter.
