NOTE: If sitting on bar stools/standing for 3 hours is not ideal for you, we will be reserving a couple tables on the restaurant side of Blondies.  I cannot guarantee that you will have Iowa audio on that side, however - especially once the Big 10 season starts.

Last Week: Ball State
As expected, it is a wee bit difficult to tell where the Hawks stand after week one.  Yes, the running game and d-line looked great – but against an overmatched team missing seven suspended starters.  What does it all mean? I’m not sure…but it was nice to see the starting offense put up 35 points in 18 minutes, and the defense pitch its first shutout since 2001.  Not to mention that the Top 10 teams of the mid-80’s beat up on the non-conference teams by 40 to 50 points.  Here is the ESPN recap of the game: <;confId=null>
